Spring Spinach Salad

It’s spring, and a great time of year for getting started on a healthy eating regimen.┬áThere are vital benefits to fresh, wholesome food like salads, which are full of live nutrients to support your digestion, lift your spirits and make you feel alive.

In addition to taking care of your body with regular exercise, you can take in the cleansing and
healing power of healthy nutrients!


Spring Spinach Salad,
with Blackened Chicken

Fresh Spinach
Handful, dry chow mein noodles
1/2 C Diced Grape Tomatoes
1/4 C Chopped Red Pepper
1/4 C Diced Purple Onion
1/4 C Chopped Dates
1/4 C Crumbled Feta

Blackened Chicken

1-2 Chicken Breast – Boneless Skinless, cubed.
1-2 Tbsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Mix spices with chicken and cook in fry-pan, cool 3mins.

Lime Vinaigrette

1/4 C Lime Juice
Zest of lime
1/4 C Orange Juice
1 Tbs. Honey
1/8 C Flax Oil
