Hi everyone,

I am really excited to be able to offer you this amazing Challenge I am undertaking! This is a 4 week Challenge, of 8 Small Group Pilates Training, + Guidelines for complete high density plant food nutrition, so that we can see and feel less inflammation, lean mass, less cravings. The classes are one hour in length and at 5:45 p.m Tuesdays and Thursdays. You also receive a 1.5 hour group nutrition night on the 16th after the first class!
